BRIEF INTRODUCTION :

After many years of R&d, We've successfully developed the feed off the arm, high speed zig-zag industrial sewing machine which can stitch various irregulary-shaped items such as concave, convex, spheroidal, tubular, bowl-like shapes etc. which can not be done by a conventional flat bed type sewing machine. This machine is specially designed for sewing quality underwear, corsets, bras, swimsuits, body suits, shoes and bags, etc. it can achieve fast & nice decorative effects through the variation of zig-zag stitching pattens; in addition, it can help customers to create new & better quality items, as well as to promote production capabilities.

FEATURES :

1.	Graduated dial for feed adjustment. Feed amount is adjustable easily by setting a suitable number on the graduated dial.
2.	Large hook. By adoption of large hook, the winding volume of lower thread is increased, the frequency of lower thread replacement is minimized. Consequently, sewing efficiency is a remarkably heightened.
3.	Convenient reverse feed lever. Reverse feed can be performed by finger soft touch of press-down lever with spring return.
4.	Semi automatic lubrication system. The lubrication to sewing hook components is made automatically from the oil reservoir and ensures high efficiency in the long work.
5.	Presser foot clearance : 10 mm. Needle type : DPx17 #14-#22

APPLICATIONS :

For sewing medium to thick weight materials, cylindrical objects, bags, shoes, sports shoes, diving suits, boots, sports goods, sails, tarpaulins, garments, body suits, jeans, stretchable materials, rubber coated cloth, leather goods & joining multi-layer pieces (seamless sewing).
